As you know, the demand for affordable housing is now greater than ever.  Habitat has been fortunate enough to build 95% of our homes on donated land.  We usually build on small in-fill lots, zoned for us to build 1,200 square foot single family detached homes.  A wish for the future is to obtain more than one lot or a larger track of land so we can build more than one house at a time. 

We are seeking your help in notifying us of any land (large or small parcels) that you may know is available.   There are many ways to build a Habitat home, but we can't begin to build without land.  A lack of land continues to be our biggest obstacle to reaching our goal of building more safe, decent, affordable homes.
