LIABILITY WAIVERS

EVERYONE MUST SUBMIT A WAIVER OF LIABILITY BEFORE VOLUNTEERING!

To sum it up, you won't hold Habitat for Humanity liable if you hurt yourself while volunteering with us. We DO train you, but accidents do (though rarely) happen when construction is underway! Also, you give us permission to use photos from your volunteer day for marketing purposes, if necessary. Finally, we do not tolerate sexual harassment and ask that you report it immediately. That's it!!

You can download the liability waiver by clicking the appropriate link below.  Please fax (757-591-0455), mail or email (info@habitatpgw.org) your completed waiver to the Habitat office prior to your first day of volunteering. If you or a guest is between ages of 16 to 18, please use the liability waiver for minors.

Habitat for Humanity cannot legally accept volunteers under the age of 16 years old on the construction site while work is being done.
