The ReStore is our building materials warehouse, which accepts donations of new and gently used building materials.  The ReStore is open to the public Tuesday - Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Wednesdays until 6 p.m.  We sell all items at greatly reduced prices, usually from 50-90% below retail.  Our inventory changes by the hour with each donation and purchase made.  Please see our list of acceptable materials page for more information.  100% of the profits from the ReStore will be used to build more homes in our communities. 

Our goal for the ReStore is to generate enough profits to build one house each year.  In order to further this goal for future homes, we need merchandise to sell in the ReStore and we need volunteers to help us solicit, pick up, merchandise, inventory and sell these donations.  The more donated merchandise we get, the more selection we can offer and sell to achieve our goal.  The ReStore needs volunteers Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm and Monday for an hour or two (or more) to assist with donation pick-ups and pricing.  Volunteers in the ReStore handle a variety of duties, including Customer Service, Driver Pick-up and Warehouse Inventory/Pricing.  If you are interested in volunteering at the ReStore, please feel free to call the ReStore at 757-246-4955 x201 or visit at 9614 Warwick Blvd., Newport News (in the Hilton Shopping Center)!

If you have items that you feel match our criteria, please call the ReStore at 757-246-4955 x201.  We ask that you include delivery of the items with your donation.  We offer a limited pick-up service.  Please note that we are only able to pick up usable materials.  Our driver may have to decline unsuitable donations at the time of pick-up.  Please see our list of acceptable materials page for more information or call 757-246-4955 x0.  Every donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law, and we will provide you with a receipt for your records.
